2004 - Present Park Heights Development Corporation (PHDC)
Participation in the revitalization of Park Heights through implementation of the Park Heights Master Plan (PHMP) and the Park Heights Urban Renewal Plan. Monitored the development and adoption of both Plans. Maintained relationships with Park Heights residents and neighborhood associations to raise their awareness of, and promote their cooperation with, specific proposed residential.

2008 Premier Elections
Maryland State Board of Elections, County Technician. Programmed, implemented, and prepared database for Diebold voting machines for the 2008 Primary and Presidential elections. Responsibilities included reporting status to the Director of the Board of Elections, supervision of two information technology technicians, and quality assurance for 264 voting machines.
1981 - 2003 Yellow Bowl Restaurant
A family-owned restaurant that has been in operation in Baltimore City for over 40 years. Owned and operated restaurant on a daily basis for over 20 years. Family retains ownership of restaurant, which is professionally managed.

1988 - 2003 Fullard Development Corporation
Project Manager for family-owned business with $250,000 budget. Managed purchase and rehabilitation of properties in Park Heights and Baltimore City.
